“My inspiration comes from my cultural heritage. The strong bold colors, the noise and silence that surround me fills me with emotions to express my thoughts on paper or canvas. Watching the colors mix with water or oil, be it landscape or still-life captures that joyful moment to connect and loose myself to the moment of nature’s splendor. I watch the paintings come alive and hope it provokes compassion and sensitivity and transcend the viewer to another space in time.”
